Our mission is to provide professional courteous service. Starting with your first phone call to the completion of your project we try to make your experience as worry free and pleasant as possible.
What We Do
​We install new garage doors and garage door openers, as well as servicing all parts of the doors and openers.
Some examples of services we provide are: replacing garage door springs, cables, and rollers; repairing garage door openers; general maintenance to both the garage door and opener, new remotes and keyless entry.

Our History

1974 Edward H Senke Specialty Services was founded.

1976 David Senke began working with his father, Ed.
​

1985 Dave and his wife, Katie, took over the daily operations at Senke Specialty Services. Edward went on to retire around 1990.

1990 Timothy, Dave and Katie's son, began working part-time at the business, while still attending high school. Tim began full-time after graduating from LeMoyne College.

1998 Christopher, Dave and Katie's son-in-law became part of the family business.

2000 Tracy, Dave and Katie's daughter, joined the family business as the office assistant with her mother.

2004 Thomas became the last of Dave and Katie's children to join the family business. Tom no longer works on the road, but serves as an IT consultant.

2005 Senke Specialty Services incorporated to become Senke's Specialty Service Inc. with Tim and Tracy being the new owners.
​

2009 Senke's Specialty Service Inc aquired CNY Garage Door and merged the names to become Senke CNY Garage Door.
​

2009 Jane, Tim's wife, joined Tracy in the offices in 2009.
​

2013 Senke's opened a showroom in East Syracuse in their existing warehouse and later that year closed their Clay showroom.
